   1. Pass in 10th Standard.
   2. Possession of a valid driving license for Heavy Motor Vehicle;
   3. Experience of driving a Heavy Motor Vehicle for at least 3 years;
   4. Knowledge of motor mechanism (the candidate should be able to remove minor defects in vehicle)
